An absolute disgrace that they don't have a back up process for the anti cheat system. Secondly that Gameguard hasn't been able to restart a bloody server. Here's a tip, switch it off and back on again! Shocking!

Typical they start tweaking the system prior to an event and you would think that they would delay the event (guild tourney) until they resolve the issue with all those who had plans to play be able to do so without having to wait another week to do so.

So was waste of time scheduling your weekend for having the time to play event.

That is absolutely NOT the case here ... as the problem is NOT a SO issue... but gameguard ...

Obviously there is a misunderstanding by some as to the responsibility required of a business offering services for money, that the top tier company is totally responsible of all aspects of it's product no matter if it is a vendor who supplies out sourced services for the main product to be as advertised. So SO is the responsible party, look at the time that SOM said that SO received the information as to when SO got ahold of Gameguard and receieved the patch (3:02pm server time); this has been a problem since the early am hours. There is diffidently a problem with communication and resolution with SO's ability to manage these instances in a timely manner. And now they supposedly have the patch/fis now we see how long it will take to be back to log on status, 45mins and counting.

Developers from ShotOnline have received the patch/fix now ..so it should be fixed SOON.

Sorry to all players that it took this long.
