I'm on a mission, it says I need the measuring tape to see freyla, but in my quest it says I've completed that challenge. My inventory was full when I completed it so no measuring tape. I've removed things from my inventory, and logged out as one tip said, logged back in but still no measuring tape.
Geesh, I just want to golf. This kind of stuff really takes away from the game.
Any help on how I can get around this or solve the challenge?

Maybe write a DqA and they will help you out. If the relog didnt do the trick then im out of ideas.

But did you go back to the NPC to finish the quest ?

I'm experiencing the same thing, I completed the quest but did not receive the tape and it won't let me move past that!

Steps on how to get through the Measuring Tape quest.

* Provide at least 1-5 slots on your inventory
* Once done, try re-logging in your account and check your inventory in a timely manner. Try to re-visit the NPC who released the said item (Measuring Tape).
* I was the one who actually tested this. After logging in back a few times, the Measuring Tape suddenly appeared in my inventory.
