HDCP didn't change after a good round on Gladsheim

Hello,
played a 18 holes
on Gladsheim--finnished with -9--i started with +6---and after my game i still have +6
what is wrong here?????

Yes--so when i use a mulligan its later on still the same HC??

Yes, If you use a Mulligan during a round your h/c will not change :!:

Yea, you need play play through 18 holes without using a mulligan card if you want to improve your handicap.

Very simple just turn off mulligans when shooting HC rounds!!
