Change the CPU from regular i7-4770, to i7-4770k. with the regular i7-4770 you cannot overclock, better to get the unlocked version if you do plan on overclocking in the near future.

Either that or just wait, the new line (Haswell Refresh) is coming out in the next month, quite a few improvements.

Is it worth waiting for the Haswell Refresh and will they be near the same price if not more compare to the previous one's or wait for the Intel's Broadwell chips which are suppose to be coming out this year?

from the looks of the current pricing lists for the Refresh CPU's. they will be priced almost identically to the current CPU's. just with a better TIM, to decrease temperatures in order to allow higher overclocking capabilities. These are to be released around the middle of this year.

Of course though, with most new releases from Intel, these "Refresh" CPU will use a new chipset. so cost of Mobo + CPU might end up being a bit higher, as new releases of hardware are more expensive.

Broadwell chips still do not have an exact release date. Not quite sure when these chips will be released.

This article from Tom's Hardware says Broadwell most likely wont be expected until 2015.
