Hello 9Dragons Community, We know that a lot of players have been sending us inquiries over the latest GamesCampus raffle system. We will be answering the most frequent DQA questions so that players can have a better understanding of how to solve their raffle errors. Q1: What happens if I deleted my email? A1: Unfortunately, the email that we send is generated and it is specified to each account. If you deleted the email, there is nothing we can do to allow players to participate. Q2: I am getting an error message code. What is it and how do I fix it? A2: If you receive Error Code -1 or -2, it means that you have reached the limit of winning CC's through the raffle. The current minimum CC winning limit for players is at 400 CC's. Anytime a player surpasses that amount, they will be confronted with the two error codes that we have listed. Q3: The browser is indicating on the lower left hand side that there is an "Error on Page" A3: Generally this happens when you need to update your web browser (mainly IE users). We have been recommending players to use Google Chrome since it seems to resolve all issues with players that have inquired about this type of error. For all other errors, please submit us a DQA. Remember to take a screenshot of the error code or error on the page and we will try to provide more assistance as soon as possible.
