I do not care how the signature looks overally, as long as there is cute anime girl...

No sig can be awful without anime girl =o

keep it up.

And a slight hint : You basically have the same problem as I do, I cant really fit those damn texts inside the signature, cant find the real place on some specific renders or cant find the right font.

And dont make so long and huge texts, make smaller(on size) but try to write them under each other, like you write in Poems and so on, so the huge line with text doesnt fit it all, or try to put the text at corners, and reduce the Opacity, so they look shadier and dont attract way too much attention.

I like the sig's but as iron pointed out it's the text that needs to be worked on. In my opinion the text's in those sig's should be placed like:

1.Along the hair above that text, going down and towards the bottom right.
2. Along the Gun? sorry don't know what it is but along that ^^
3. Up and a bit closer to the render.
4.Tricky, but i would of put it going straight down the middle.
5.Nicely placed but it needs to blend a bit and shouldn't overlap the signature.
6.Again, along the hair would be nice

These are my opinions and it does not mean they are right, but for future sigs, try what i told you and place them where YOU think they are right :).

Other than that great work and keep it up :)

Great work for a new comer.I see you found a style at making BGs.I think it really worked well in the 2nd one.I just suggest you find another way to make them as well because that BG won't work with every render. As for effects I would suggest downloading brushes.Make your effects with those.Don't be scared to play around with the filters and layers.Another tip is sharpening your siggies. Also try using Gaussian blur after you make another layer and apply it and then play around with the filters on that. The half-shaded circle is also your friend.Click on it and play around with the gradient maps and the different filters. As well as photo filters. These are just a few tips.If you want me to go into detail I can.Hope to see more work from you soon.

I hear that CS3 is pretty much the equivalent if not better than CS5 so it is up to you.

Tbh it doesn't matter too much what version you use, the differences are minor.
I tried several during my time and like CS4 best, though CS5 got some rly epic tools the CS4 don't have :P But the most important tools exist in all versions, well maybe not oldest ;)
