 Post subject: My Account has been locked for security purposes

Hi there!

I am quite frustrated.. after a while I really wanted to play 9Dragons again...
I downloaded the Client etc and wanted to log into my Account.. got the message that my Account has been locked for security purposes :-(
Occured 3 weeks ago and i did contact the support asap.
Havent gotten an answer yet and I am pretty concerned none will help nor give me a respond.
Is there anything else I can do since the support obviously doesn't help me?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions/help

This game is owned by a new company that doesn't want to support and will probably will kill/shutdown this game.

If you have already send a Q&A you have to wait, for now we don't have new GM from webzen so it will take some times until we get more details and especially what will happens to the game...
