How unfair these are to levels under 100 as I am .. while players above 100 can do both books those under 100 can only do Pt 1

I think its pretty fair since (I could be wrong) nobody above 101 can do part 2 because of not being able to get the part 2 ticket! (again I could be wrong but there is nothing showing the part 2 ticket after final quest for part 1)

I am lvl 178 I did part 1 & 2

Unfair is that people who played this game 10 years ago had to work very hard to reach level 100. Had to do gradstests with shytstats where you needed scores of -14, -15. Unfair is that people who were playing scenarioquests from the start were not getting all the good exp bonus they have now. I can go on and on and on.

Stop whining about quests you can't play because you are not level 100. Play a day, do scenarioquests and you will be level 100 in no time

50% in game now would not pass those test we had back when 100 test came out I know I spend millions doing them and there was no 8 try then free heck they might as well give them the 101, the only thing still as hard is the 108 quest for the celo -15 HC on rufus
