I wondered how much hits the shao warr 2nd role active is, it appears like 6 hits to me but im not sure

Even thou all actives look like doing 5-6 hits, they all do 3 hits, the 5-6 hits are just for show... if you know what I mean.

Just curious as to how you come up with its 3 hits or 5 with minis?

Now saying 3 crits with minis making it a 5 hit combo is more like it. But you cant crit all the time on those 3 main hits.

So if you making contact and the skill/active has 5 moves within its rotation then it can be call 5 hit combo or 5 hit active? Or how are you making it so that clans only have 3 hits? I am a lil lost on this 1 here!

A hit is a hit in my book - as long as your making contact - Big or small. I see a 5 swing active making 5 hits.( So 5 hit active - Sorry but I may be noob on this 1 here).

Ive been in jail/court many times dealing with fighting. And trust - if you hit something or someone, no matter how soft or hard - it is considered a "Hit/Contact". So as long as your doing the action and count the moves in the rotation it is a 5 hit active and not 3 - "No matter if smaller hits are there or not". Its the amount of moves in the rotation from a starting point of that move to the end is what you count. So shao 2nd role has 5 moves - 5 active hit!

Don't compare the game with real life hiting, as Kronok said there are 3 main hits, the combo hits are just for show so that the kung fu movement would look nicer.

For a test, when you kill a mob he's hp goes down 3 times when you use active on him, not 5 times or 6 times as your "visual" skill shows you.

2nd note, when let's say step 2 of the active starts and you would have 2 hits that count for one you will see the damage above the mob's head half the entire damage you do.
For example you usually hit 10k and your damage appearing on mobs head shows like this: 5k-5k, 10k, 5k-5k. I think you know what I mean....

The Main hits your talking about does the most damage thats y the most HP is taken off. IF YOU pay attention to those smaller hits whn a mob is very low in HP and you do a non crit hit on that mob on one of the so call "Visiual" Affects I See then you will also no that those smaller hits does dmg as well just not the 2-3+% you see from the main hits.

Comparing this to life is wat this is based off of whn talking about kung fu. When a said Active has started and contact is made and cycle starts over that is 1 complete action. Meaning once a char and or person changes that actions direction after making contact it is over for that said action. Thus meaning anything after that begins a new action. There are 5 actions in the shao 2nd role active - therefore it "IS" a 5 hit active.


It is a 5 part move that consist of 5 hits with 2-3 only doing small dmg compared to the others. Watch a mobs HP as you told me a lil closer and u will sumtimes see a mobs HP go back up 1% or so. That would be from that baby tap you char gave them - that wasnt really enuff to take off any dam dmg. unless your a capping dmg at 65K+ then those small increase in HP are from that hit that was so soft the mob healed from it - Basically Brushing that Skittles off!

Damage is done before the hit even starts, try double clicking a mob to atack it, when your atack should start click to move away, mob life will decrease without your visual hit taking place.
Either way, it is a game which we play to have fun, such things do not matter.

So tru - that visual effect is lag bro! delay in game response to actions in game.

Ill explain in a different way then.

Every active has 3 stages. Like you can see when you first train the active on the training ground.

Every stage has a different amount of hits (or the same). But the hits in a stage are connected.
If the first hit of a stage touches, they all tough
If the first hit of a stage is crit, they all crit

If you count up all the hits from a stage, all stages should do about the same total damage.

I am not sure of the lvl compared to Krons vid to him but my mobs are 1 up on me and no prem or scale deco on.

I possibly could answer but this is for him to answer - But In KK we play around with setups/gear/weps. This in my warrior! B4 Scale deco whn This deco was the pve deco to use. - Plz be aware at thr is no prem on this char - but Krons setup and my setup are dam near close. If needed I can put a lil 1 or 7 day on Mazz and show u same mobs and you can compare it to Krons. I have the scale deco as well - but the pole he's using is my pole that belongs to Mazz.
