problem with loading new game

help i am install a 9d file new download, when its finish and start it's make along time to load...is there the patch to this? how big the file is when its new installation?

You mean after the loading once you started the game ?

There is currently an issue with login in game, it takes a lot of time to log and in case you haven't a very good web connection or a computer that can deal with some latency you get disconnected just after the loading :S

GM are aware about this issue which started this week, they have send their report to the devs so they create a fix.
