Was that an inticing heading or what??!

But what i wanted to know is, what are ck hybs good for? I men they grind fast but can anyone tell me what they are good for at like CS+? Are they good at soloing dungeons or bosses? Or are they merely a fun grinding char, nothing more.

Fast grind , PVP [If you know how to build one properly], buffs 0_0, can't remember what else. Since the other server, CK Hybrid can solo the dungeons easily.

and so my ck hyb will be able to do just fine in say GCM at around HM5? Soloing it?

Yes, as long as you have ALOT of hp, at least 8k because Golden Touch's debuffs will take about 4k of hp in 2 second(excluding the massive bleed). You'll also need at least 6/1k hp leech.

Another thing, sorry to be a pain.

Im slowly coming up to CS and will soon be cs6. Should i get the cs6 ck set? Or should i stick with the gear i have?

atm i have 600 deff set, ve hat and speed shoes both 2 slot with dodge,400ck wb.

or should i keep my current gear till the gl6 set?

Keep your current gear. It's a lot better than the yellow dragon set.

Sorry to be a pain but another thing....

So for the majority of my time spent on this character i have been grinding on weekends or through events. So i didnt realise how low my deffense was until my CoS buff ran out today.

Im FC6 and my build atm is:

Str: 20
Ess: 99
Wis: 192
Cons: 15
Dex: 14

With CoS buff i am just hitting 2k deffence, but without it i am just under 1.7k. i can hit up to a 40k crit without rage but when 3+ mobs jump me at the same time, i get pawned.

I really dont want to be one of those people that rely on a GM's buff to grind, would rather be able to grind with my own buffs.

My gear is stated in a previous post, for relics i use Stone Bowl, deff trink, 5x BBoE, and a +10 Wiss relic.


What i want to know is where did i go wrong????

Well, I would say, you are a ck character, don't let 3 mobs get on you at once, that is where you went wrong.

Also, I would recommend the cs ck wb, for pvp. But, I am guessing that since you have almost no con that you must be on Yang, so maybe you don't care about pvp at all.

I am agree with savpvp. In fact as nuker you has a special skill to prevent from that problem. This skill allow you to be attacked only by 1 mobs. When you have more than one mob on you it's too hard for a CK user :S.

Btw do you use a nice deco with 4 slot and dodge ornament ?
It's really useful. The dodge help a lot.

@Sav - Yea im not the pvp kind of person maybe one day, but not yet

@Neo - That skill sounds nice but im a ck hyb so i dont get it and yeah, i got a deco filled with dodge.


I think ill just stick it out and add some more str each time i lvl
