Hello everyone,

After this morning's server merge was complete, we discovered there had been a large miscommunication between Zerodin and us. If you had characters on both Tao and Yang, you didn't keep your highest level characters between the two servers as we thought you would. Instead, you kept the characters on the server on which your highest level character resided.

We are working with Zerodin, our developers, in an effort to recover the missing characters. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix. Tonight we should have more information about what we can do to resolve the problem.

For now, if you lost a high level character or valuable items in the merge, please send us a DQA to let us know as soon as possible. We'll post more information as soon as we can.

We are aware that Tao characters did not get their Master and Disciple Title Registration. We will notify this matter to our developers. The developers are currently working their hardest to correct the issue regarding merger. We value your patience while we get it fixed. Once we get more details, we will post an announcement on our website.

Update: It looks like we will be able to restore the missing characters. If you already sent us a DQA with your account name, missing character names, and server the characters were on, then you don't have to do anything else. Just make sure you keep enough empty character slots and we'll restore the characters during maintenance next week.

If you haven't sent us the above information, please do so right away. We'll be sending a list of missing characters to Zerodin at the end of the week.
