did you use vpn signed on to country other than uk…aslo reboot lappy once you have signe don to vpn …may also need sign on to vpn again

thanks for reply ,i am with sky broadband and they have a system called sky broadband shield  
One of the most common issues suffered by Sky Broadband connections when using a VPN is caused by Sky’s own filtering service

I believe there is a workaround ,checking now  
just seems unbelievable that we have to jump through these hoops just to play the game
