When trying to get into game see ‘Reading update info file is failed’.
If you close that it then goes to login page and after entering ID & password just hangs.

Sometimes this alone will resolve the issue.
If the problem persists, please change the update channel.
You can do this from the game launcher’s options menu.
It’s important that you close and reopen the launcher, after making the change!
After that, try starting the game again.
