Could someone tell me by what percentage they multiply in the case of cloud or snow weather?

try this
Simple calculation
Sun: -13 %
Clouds: -20 %
Snow: -28 %
for example:
400 y to the flag
Sun: 400 y + (13 * 4) = 452 y to set
Clouds: 400 y + (20 * 4) = 480 y to set
Snow: 400 y + (28 * 4) = 512 y to set
if you want to consider degrees into your calculation
Sun: -1° bis -5° –> 13%-14,5% shorter –> -3° Sun = 13,75% shorter
Clouds: -1° bis -5° –> 20%-22% shorter –> -3° Clouds = 21% shorter
Snow: -1° bis -5° –> 28%-30% shorter –> -3° Snow = 29% shorter
